They often have people helping them with the “outside” parts of these problems: doctors, lawyers, bosses, therapists.
But they don’t have anyone to help them solve what’s happening on the inside. Because today, in our culture, we are terrible at understanding and managing our internal dynamics.
Most people don’t understand how emotion and energy cycles are linked. In fact, they don’t even really know what they are!
And they certainly don’t have ways to release pent-up energy inside them as outside pressures rise.

I know A LOT about this.
I’ve spent half a lifetime getting it very wrong, and the other half putting the pieces back together.
These are some of the events in my life that have taught me (the hard way) how to manage my energy and emotions in healthier ways:
Childhood history of trauma and sexual abuse,
Loss of my parents in a car crash at age 22,
Two periods of chronic illness and pain (one for seven years, the other for ten years),
Divorce,
Failed businesses, lost money, and more.
I have struggled and, at times, succumbed to despair.
But I searched for ways to build the life that was right for me, and I never gave up.
Through it all, I’ve learned two things:
1. You cannot solve what’s on the outside without attending to what’s on the inside.
2. Your body reveals what your mind tries to manage.

I specialise in helping women learn practical techniques they can use in everyday life to release inner pressure and work with their bodies and minds instead of against them.
